Role Overview
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on Mission Critical sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue by formulating and executing strategic territory and account plans within high-stakes construction industries (including data centres, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, nuclear, and semiconductors). Leveraging your extensive experience in construction and enterprise sales, you will identify, qualify, and close intricate opportunities, addressing customer challenges through the XYZ Reality platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating business value, ROI, and risk mitigation while fostering long-lasting, impactful partnerships.
This position emphasizes new account acquisition and strategic account growth, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement to contract negotiation, closing, and post-sale alignment. You will be responsible for meeting annual and quarterly targets and will be a vital member of our revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Execute Account & Territory Strategy
Design and implement strategic account and territory plans that align with revenue goals and long-term growth objectives.
Identify high-value target accounts, prioritizing opportunities based on market potential, customer readiness, and strategic alignment.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and revenue plans.
Strategic Relationship Building
Cultivate and enhance executive-level relationships across assigned accounts, engaging stakeholders from the operational level to C-suite.
Identify and nurture decision-makers, champions, influencers, and economic buyers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account success.
