Your Daily Menu
- Strategic Account Management: Oversee and enhance a portfolio of strategic accounts, prioritizing long-term relationships built on trust and acting as a business consultant.
- Sales Consultation and Support: Conduct in-depth analytical diagnostics based on data, KPIs, and reports to identify improvement opportunities and present consultative solutions encompassing the full ecosystem of our products (technology, finance, turbo, hits, kiosks, etc.).
- Revenue and Profitability Generation: Proactively focus on monetizing the portfolio through cross-selling, upselling various products/services, and securing investment/exclusivity levers, ensuring revenue growth.
- Prospecting and Growth (Hunter): Actively seek new strategic partners (Hunter) and business opportunities in the market, complementing account management (Farmer/Grower) as directed by leadership.
- Disciplined Field Routine: Conduct daily and consistent visits to commercial partners, maintaining an intense field routine to ensure closeness and results.
- Market Development and Competitive Intelligence: Actively monitor trends, competitors, and local market movements to adapt commercial strategies and ensure competitive pricing and offers.
- Complex Conflict Resolution: Navigate disputes, complex negotiations, and problem-solving in a consultative manner with senior stakeholders from partner organizations.
