Join Omada Health as a Strategic Account Executive (SAE), where you will leverage your experience to engage our Mid-Market customer base. Collaborating with our Customer Experience (CX) teams, you will strategically position our Cardiometabolic solutions and drive upselling across our full platform.
The ideal candidate exhibits a strong capability to navigate complex environments and effectively engage with senior-level executives within existing accounts. We seek an individual who is passionate about addressing customer needs with integrity and dedication, fostering strong relationships that enhance our collaboration with channel partners and the wider healthcare ecosystem. A commitment to learning, iterating, and mastering your craft is essential. You will be business savvy, strategic, and adept at crafting compelling narratives to deepen relationships and encourage our clients to expand their Omada product portfolios. Additionally, you will manage a high volume of sales conversations consistently.
As a member of the Omada sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the CX team to develop a clear strategy from SQL to Closed Won for key upsell opportunities, executing the upsell process playbook for Mid-Market clients.
- Contributing significantly to the development and execution of Annual and Quarterly business review strategies for upsell accounts, providing thought leadership and customer education on market insights and the Omada Roadmap.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with Alliance partners and Consultants to ensure alignment throughout the upsell process.
- Achieving mastery in Salesforce (SFDC) to monitor the sales pipeline, create compelling business cases, and forecast sales impact, consistently surpassing expectations in SFDC excellence.
- Acting as the Voice of the Customer by providing valuable feedback that informs product innovation and gathering competitive intelligence on market trends affecting payers.
- Serving as a product champion and evangelist for Omada Health.
