Role Overview
As the Strategic Account Executive for the Southeast region, you will spearhead GitLab's enterprise growth by guiding leading organizations through the adoption and expansion of our AI-driven DevSecOps platform. You will be pivotal in managing strategic enterprise accounts, facilitating complex digital transformations, and generating a robust sales pipeline that translates into measurable net annual recurring revenue (ARR) and long-term growth. Within your first year, you will be expected to establish a solid enterprise portfolio, develop repeatable sales processes, and provide consistent forecasts and updates on deal progression and account health.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth initiatives by serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients across the Southeast region.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Customer Success experts.
