THE ROLE:
We are on the lookout for a Strategic Account Executive (North America) to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge Treasury & Risk Management solutions across our international finance ecosystem. This impactful role is tailored for a professional who recognizes that the future of treasury lies at the crossroads of traditional management solutions and blockchain-driven digital assets. You will be tasked with generating and closing valuable enterprise solutions while demonstrating how Ripple Treasury delivers unparalleled capital efficiency, real-time insights, and automated liquidity. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of essential treasury functions—including global cash management, multi-currency liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation—and will adeptly incorporate how blockchain and digital asset capabilities can enhance traditional finance by eliminating outdated, fragmented processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enterprise Account Strategy: Act as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles and aligning Ripple’s global treasury framework with large-scale corporate financial goals.
- Whitespace Analysis & Revenue Optimization: Conduct detailed whitespace analyses within the enterprise sector to uncover untapped opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling advanced treasury and risk management modules.
- Strategic Pursuit & Expansion: Propel aggressive revenue growth by converting identified whitespace into high-contract-value deals, broadening Ripple’s presence across global subsidiaries and various business units.
- Comprehensive Account Sales Planning: Create and sustain multi-year account plans that navigate intricate stakeholder hierarchies, budget cycles, and technical roadmaps to ensure a consistent, high-performing sales pipeline.
