About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Lead to enhance our Account Management team in São Paulo. In this crucial position, you will cultivate robust client relationships, navigate complex global accounts, and ensure the seamless integration of multidisciplinary efforts. The ideal candidate will orchestrate comprehensive strategies, ensure impeccable execution, transform client visions into practical plans, drive innovation, and surpass expectations across diverse markets and cultural landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong partnerships, serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for integrated initiatives, understanding client business objectives to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Steer strategic direction for global and multicultural accounts, ensuring campaign consistency and effectiveness across various regions and cultures.
- Lead the integration of multidisciplinary teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, etc.) and external vendors to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure account profitability.
- Proactively recognize challenges, devise mitigation strategies, and diplomatically resolve issues.
- Develop the account team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Actively engage in strategic brand planning and analyze campaign performance.
