Starbridge is seeking a passionate Account Manager to spearhead the renewal, expansion, and upsell initiatives that are vital to our revenue generation. As a strategic partner to our enterprise clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring they derive maximum value from the Starbridge platform, while fostering sustainable growth through exemplary net revenue retention. This position merges high-level relationship management with hands-on customer success, making you an indispensable contributor to our thriving B2B SaaS enterprise.
Your Responsibilities:
Revenue Retention Ownership: Lead the charge on renewals, expansions, and upsells, with net revenue retention as your primary performance metric.
Executive Relationship Management: Act as the strategic liaison for enterprise clients, cultivating trust and alignment with C-suite stakeholders.
Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct strategic sessions that synchronize customer goals with Starbridge’s platform features and upcoming developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure optimal customer experiences and uncover new growth avenues.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure our clients' go-to-market strategies are effectively supported by Starbridge’s evolving offerings.
