Walker Sands is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Account Manager to become a part of our expanding team. As a forward-thinking agency, we prioritize continuous learning and aim to create innovative and strategic marketing programs for our diverse client portfolio, which features notable Fortune 500 companies, emerging tech firms, professional services organizations, and business associations.
In the role of Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal agency resources. Your personable and relationship-focused approach, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, will be key to your success. You will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where prioritization and organization are critical, and you will translate client needs into actionable priorities for our service teams.
As an Account Manager, you will lead projects and initiatives at an operational level, collaborating closely with Account Directors and Account VPs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program workflows, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and account profitability, and providing administrative oversight for program scopes and contracts.
This position requires a strong foundation in account management skills, supporting a wide array of account sizes and structures. You will assist in building our Client Services team and gain insights from industry experts to enhance your understanding of B2B marketing best practices and Walker Sands services. We are looking for an Account Manager who aspires to grow into a future agency leader, with a desire to advance their career towards strategic account leadership and deepen their knowledge of agency operations.
