Strategic Corporate Partnerships Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time – 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK.
Hybrid Working: Minimum of 40% of your time will be spent face-to-face (in the London office, at external meetings or traveling). This means roughly three days working from wherever you feel most productive and two days collaborating in-person with your team.
Salary: £44,168 - £46,493 annually, complemented by excellent benefits.

About the Team
The Corporate Partnerships team at WaterAid is focused on crafting and executing our Corporate Partnerships Strategy, emphasizing the creation of high-value, high-impact strategic alliances.
Role Overview
As the Strategic Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the development and management of ambitious, long-term corporate partnerships. Collaborating closely with Communications, Global Policy and Campaigns, and Country Programme Offices, you will champion efforts to foster sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your partnership management expertise to cultivate impactful, shared-value collaborations.
- Produce high-quality proposals, pitches, and reports.
- Establish a deep understanding of the sectors you engage with to become a knowledgeable and respected partner.
- Engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote WaterAid's commitment to equity, inclusion, and safeguarding.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A proven history of managing complex, multi-faceted corporate partnerships that deliver shared value.
- Experience in crafting and implementing partnership development strategies, including stakeholder stewardship.
- Adeptness in networking and influencing senior leaders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to write engaging, high-quality proposals and reports for corporate audiences, along with experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders and large groups.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or a related field.
