As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within our client accounts, delivering strategic insights that align with their business objectives. In this role, you will primarily oversee user onboarding, training, and continuous engagement at our strategic accounts. Your mission will be to cultivate deep, personal relationships with our user base, driving user adoption throughout the organization and ensuring account retention, verified business value, and timely renewals.
Team Mission
We are dedicated to building a top-tier Commercial Team and establishing a scalable go-to-market strategy. We are looking for high-caliber professionals in Enterprise SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success to engage thoughtfully with VPs, General Managers, and other decision-makers across the Medical Device Industry. Our Commercial Team adopts a proactive, consultative, and personalized approach, heavily investing in pre-sales, onboarding, and training to ensure our customers embark on their success journey from Day One.
