About the Role:
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with Samsara’s largest Fleet customers, stepping in post-service delivery to understand their unique challenges. Your role will involve advising clients on how to effectively leverage Samsara’s solutions, establishing yourself as their long-term strategic partner.
This position is inherently cross-functional, allowing you to engage with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, and providing a comprehensive view of a rapidly growing company.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except for the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
