MISSION
As the Strategic Director, you will spearhead the comprehensive digital ecosystem strategy and execution for Tiendas Ara within the SAMY Alliance. Your role will ensure a holistic brand vision encompassing content, community engagement, website development, app integration, influencer collaborations, digital media, and marketing automation. You will act as the key strategic liaison for the client, harmonizing cross-functional teams, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to cultivate a consistent, effective, and customer-focused brand experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement a 360° digital strategy for the account, covering social media, web platforms, applications, paid media, influencer partnerships, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.
Function as the product owner of the digital ecosystem, prioritizing initiatives, connecting various workstreams, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
Serve as the primary contact for the client, establishing direct relationships at both marketing and business leadership levels.
Facilitate strategic briefings with clients and internal teams across social, technology, paid media, and influencer sectors.
Identify and explore growth opportunities within the ecosystem, including new app functionalities, influencer activations, innovative social formats, and Marketing Cloud automations.
Ensure strategic alignment of all deliverables prior to client presentations.
Monitor and assess the performance of the entire ecosystem, tracking social metrics, app KPIs, web conversions, and return on investment from paid media efforts.
