About the Role:
We are in search of a passionate and seasoned Field Enablement Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on our Strategic segment within the Americas Region. The perfect candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing data-driven enablement strategies that enhance performance, efficiency, and productivity across our Strategic Sales teams while fostering a collaborative environment. This position demands strong strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with multiple teams effectively.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Design and implement a holistic enablement strategy for our Strategic Sales teams in collaboration with fellow Field Enablement Managers, focusing on continuous learning, skills assessment, and coaching initiatives.
- Work alongside sales leadership to develop training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance team capabilities.
