2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
- Enhance our employer branding initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee relations issues, facilitate conflict resolution, and oversee disciplinary matters.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
4. Performance Management
- Design and administer performance evaluation systems.
- Assist managers with goal setting, feedback provision, and employee development planning.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll operations, compensation analysis, and benefits management.
- Ensure that compensation structures are competitive and compliant.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain precise HR records and reporting.
7. Learning & Development
- Assess training needs and implement development initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
