About the Role
The Strategy Lead for the UK will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define, structure, and propel BJAK's most vital strategic initiatives within the UK market. This position serves as a bridge between strategy formulation and execution, ensuring clarity of priorities, structured initiatives, and alignment with business objectives.
The Strategy Lead will focus on problem framing, planning, execution monitoring, and decision support, enabling leadership to accelerate progress and enhance decision-making quality.
This role is ideal for an individual who possesses a founder's mindset, can navigate cross-functional landscapes, and takes ownership of high-impact initiatives from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities, establish OKRs, and initiate high-impact projects, translating them into actionable execution plans.
Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against defined outcomes.
Facilitate market expansion and growth strategies through detailed analysis, business case development, and execution support for new initiatives.
Develop frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in execution, collaborating with teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Prepare analysis, presentation materials, and recommendations to aid leadership in decision-making processes, including reviews, planning sessions, and executive discussions.
