About The Role:
- Oversee Fever’s key partners and their events/projects across various sectors, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance improvement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of each partner's events and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely execution, tracking all actions and outcomes.
- Build robust strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique requirements and objectives, serving as a trusted advisor, and utilizing Fever’s extensive expertise to support their success. Anticipate partner needs and proactively tackle challenges, working with internal teams to craft effective solutions that align with Fever's mission and elevate partner satisfaction.
- Enhance partner performance by setting KPIs, deploying data-driven strategies for ongoing growth, and monitoring performance metrics through regular updates and insights. Produce detailed reports that showcase key achievements and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collect feedback from partners regarding Fever’s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
