Your Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate in the development and ownership of a partnership strategy that aligns with company goals and growth priorities in your ecosystem.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic partners to enhance market access and unlock new revenue channels.
- Lead partnership discussions from initial discovery through negotiation, structuring, and final execution of agreements.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding and enablement to long-term management.
- Serve as the escalation point for key partner issues while proactively seeking opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align on joint initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Influence internal stakeholders without formal authority, fostering alignment and momentum across various teams.
- Convert partner feedback into actionable insights that shape product direction and market strategy.
- Pipeline & Revenue Generation:
- Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partner resellers, referrals, and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Support co-selling initiatives with internal sales teams, aiding partners in effectively positioning joint value propositions.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Understand and work toward your success metrics while tracking performance against goals, pipeline, and ROI.
- Continuously refine partnership models, playbooks, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Market & Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and ecosystem forums.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner needs to influence ongoing strategy.
