Position Details: This is a full-time role based in Zurich.
Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic professional with either a technical or business background who thrives in a client-facing environment. We seek a passionate and driven individual for the Functional Consultant & Project Manager position, who will play a pivotal role in the success of our Software-as-a-Service offering. If you have a love for technology, excel in high-energy settings, and aspire to lead automation innovation, this opportunity awaits you.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and clients to gather specific requirements and design customized implementation strategies.
Oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle, guaranteeing seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Work in tandem with our development team to resolve technical issues, customize the system for unique client workflows, and ensure effective integration with existing infrastructures.
Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout the implementation phase, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or challenges.
Document feature suggestions and relay them to the engineering team for consideration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Technical proficiency in ERP systems and process automation.
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
