As a Strategic & Transformation Consultant, you will engage with senior business leaders to identify and implement initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing, commerce, and operational models.
This multifaceted role requires business curiosity, strategic insight, and the ability to actualize transformation. You’ll facilitate connections across departments, ensuring a lasting impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing strategic challenges: from establishing brand positioning and portfolio strategies to redefining go-to-market models.
- Supporting transformation initiatives: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operational redesign.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Contributing to project framing, conducting client interviews, benchmarking, and collaboratively crafting recommendations.
- Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level executives.
Projects cover a diverse array of topics — brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, trade terms optimization, category growth plans, and more — all tailored to maximize client value.
