We are on the lookout for a dynamic Solutions Consultant who will spearhead onboarding and drive workflow innovations for our new clients. Within our post-sales team, you will conduct discovery sessions, map out customer workflows, and create customized implementation strategies that enhance adoption and deliver substantial value. While your primary focus will be on post-sale activities (70–80%), you will also play a key role in supporting late-stage sales by guiding potential clients through technical evaluations and showcasing the transformative impact of Higharc.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding discovery sessions to analyze customer workflows (Design, Estimating, Sales, Purchasing) and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Craft tailored success plans and implementation strategies that align with customer objectives.
Provide comprehensive platform training and support that fosters early adoption and generates customer testimonials.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop ROI and value validation materials to aid in renewal and expansion efforts.
Gather and relay customer insights, feedback, and feature requests to the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Continuously refine our onboarding playbook, discovery tools, and documentation.
Sales Support (as needed)
Act as a trusted technical advisor during late-stage sales, assisting prospects in understanding how Higharc integrates into their workflows.
Deliver focused demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions that highlight business value.
Use real-world customer implementation patterns to inform positioning and address objections.
About You
You possess a unique ability to translate customer challenges into scalable solutions, thriving in both detailed process design discussions and high-level ROI conversations. Your proactive, ownership-driven approach allows you to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to achieve impactful outcomes.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a consultative role, preferably within technology or software.
Demonstrated ability to lead customer onboarding and workflow transformation initiatives.
Strong communication skills, with a talent for technical storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in delivering training and change management support.
