WHAT YOU’LL DO
Viant Technology is in search of an accomplished and proactive Technical Account Manager who will act as a strategic post-sales advisor for our priority clients. This pivotal role exists at the crossroads of technology, measurement, and client strategy, collaborating closely with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and product teams to enhance client relationships, elevate technical proficiency, and boost the adoption of Viant’s cutting-edge measurement and data solutions. You will be instrumental in scaling strategic accounts post-sale, translating intricate technical and measurement capabilities into tangible business benefits, and assisting clients in fully appreciating the long-term impact of Viant’s platform.
We are looking for an individual who excels as a trusted advisor, enjoys shaping solution strategies, and can influence outcomes across both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of outstanding project management and client service skills, along with a solid understanding of the advertising technology landscape. Familiarity with client service best practices and end-to-end solutions delivery is essential.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Act as a strategic technical thought leader throughout the post-sale lifecycle, collaborating with Account Management to drive adoption, broaden use cases, and retain and upsell key accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by aligning Viant’s measurement and data solutions with overarching business objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering to ensure seamless continuity of solution strategy from pre-sale handoff through execution and optimization.
- Work in tandem with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to surmount complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions for strategic accounts.
- Lead client measurement strategies across Viant Advanced Reporting and third-party measurement solutions to enhance insight quality, performance understanding, and ROI.
- Scope and deliver custom reporting solutions that facilitate advanced analysis, executive-level storytelling, and long-term measurement evolution.
- Create training materials and documentation to elevate internal Sales and Account teams and enhance post-sale execution.
- Utilize Google BigQuery SQL to investigate data discrepancies, validate data integrity, and extract actionable insights that guide optimization and decision-making.
