The Role: As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will take ownership of and enhance the quality assurance processes for our Audits & Inspections marketplace. Your responsibilities will include ensuring prompt and accurate audit completions and payments while maintaining high-quality standards as we scale. You will oversee daily QA operations and identify upstream improvements to boost first-time audit pass rates and minimize manual interventions.
Work Arrangement: This position is based in New York City (HQ) and typically requires 4 or more days in the office.
