We are in search of a high-potential Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Operations team and redefine how we deliver exceptional Customer Experience at scale.
This is a pivotal role that merges strategy, operations, and AI, where you will challenge existing processes, spearhead transformative initiatives, and shape the future of our customer operations on a global scale.
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and regularly interact with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Redesign and improve current operational processes, with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance and performance management
- Identify and spearhead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, from problem identification to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Customer Experience, Operations) to implement scalable solutions
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as:
- Regional scaling and operational expansion
- Self-service and automation strategies
