As a Style Advisor, you will deliver an unmatched customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and The Shop. You will collaborate closely with the Shop MOD to implement business strategies and action plans that enhance productivity while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you'll play a key role in the timely completion of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Service:
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall store goals.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to every visitor at The Shop and Equinox.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club and Shop services, programs, and products.
Operational Excellence:
- Consistently adhere to loss prevention and inventory management protocols.
- Ensure understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting the Shop MOD in completing operational tasks accurately and on time.
Product & Presentation:
- Support the Shop MOD in maintaining the brand standards of The Shop through effective merchandising and adherence to the dress code.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, cash wraps, and in stockrooms.
Professional Development:
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Stay informed about developments and best practices across departments to promote teamwork.
- Adhere to and promote company policies and initiatives, communicating effectively and professionally.
Pay Transparency: Starting at $18.45/hour with opportunities for additional incentive bonuses.
