Role Overview
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating cable manufacturing machines, ensuring that components and cables are produced according to precise specifications. Your keen eye for detail and proactive attitude will help maintain our high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
You will be customer-oriented, occasionally engaging directly with clients during factory visits. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in this dynamic role. A background in mechanics and a passion for problem-solving will enable you to contribute effectively to our continuous improvement efforts.
This position requires flexibility, as you may need to work overtime or night shifts. You will collaborate closely with the Team Leader, fellow Machine Operators, and the QHSE team to uphold quality standards and ensure effective communication within the team.
