PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Thoroughly remove all bed linens, towels, and trash following guest checkout.
Meticulously clean bathrooms, bedrooms, parlors, living areas, and kitchenettes to maintain a pristine environment.
Prepare beds with fresh linens ensuring comfort for incoming guests.
Replace used towels in bathrooms with fresh replacements.
Restock standard guest suite supplies and branded amenities in bathrooms and kitchens as necessary.
Replace any damaged or stained paper products such as suite directories and notepads.
Exchange shower curtains that are stained, damaged, or discolored.
Test light fixtures to ensure they are functioning and verify correct bulb wattage.
Vacuum and spot clean carpets and flooring to uphold cleanliness.
Clean upholstered furniture and dust all furnishings, fixtures, and wall art.
Safeguard any lost and found items, promptly reporting them to Security or management.
Notify management of any maintenance issues or deficiencies observed.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest suites.
Assist fellow team members as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.
Address inquiries and concerns from members, owners, and guests, escalating matters to management when necessary.
Complete all required training and compliance courses as assigned by the company.
Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures consistently.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
