About the job
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding paid internship as a Site Management Trainee, where you will have a dedicated mentor guiding you through the initial phases of site management on construction projects? At NCC, you have a fantastic opportunity to delve into construction management this upcoming summer of 2026, with flexible start dates from early May, tailored to your preferences and the current project situations.
Your Role as a Site Management Trainee at NCC

You will be working at a designated site within the Turku economic area, which may involve new builds or renovation projects divided between residential and commercial properties. Please note that some sites may be located in areas not accessible by public transport.
Depending on the project and your interests, your responsibilities may also extend to tasks typically associated with a Site Engineer Intern, such as assisting in cost estimation and procurement preparations.
We will provide you with comprehensive training for the role, along with support from your internship supervisor throughout your training period. As a summer intern at NCC, you will receive a competitive salary that aligns with industry standards.
