Join us as a Field Applications Engineering intern during Summer 2026, where you'll collaborate with our account teams to support key customers. In this role, you will work alongside a talented group of storage professionals, contributing to the management of qualification and sustaining activities and projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Addressing customer inquiries and providing insightful answers to product-related questions.
Maintaining and updating trackers for qualification and sustaining issues.
Collaborating with customers to develop qualification plans for our innovative products.
Tracking and managing qualification metrics and deliverables.
Leading regular meetings with customers to monitor qualification progress, discuss issues, and outline initiatives.
Conducting hands-on first-level failure analysis to troubleshoot customer issues.
Working closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide timely responses to customers.
Facilitating communication of customer requests to internal teams and coordinating necessary deliverables.
Advocating for customer needs and priorities within our organization.
