About BBYO: BBYO is a prominent pluralistic Jewish teen movement with a legacy of over 90 years in fostering leadership skills and enriching Jewish identity. We provide a wide array of year-round activities across numerous local communities, as well as transformative travel experiences that empower teens to engage in leadership, service, civic involvement, Israel education, and Jewish values. Programs Overview:
Chapter Leadership Training Conference (CLTC): This 13-day program is designed to build and enhance the leadership abilities of BBYO chapter leaders. Participants will engage in a practical curriculum that emphasizes leadership development and program planning, culminating in mock chapters that prepare them to lead effectively in their home communities. CLTC aims to impact 500 teens across four sessions throughout the summer.
International Leadership Training Conference (ILTC): A 19-day intensive program aimed at refining the leadership talents of teens aspiring to hold regional BBYO positions. ILTC equips participants with essential skills in recruitment, program organization, and community engagement, with an expected reach of 200 teens.
Kallah: A 3-week immersive Jewish learning institute that encourages teens to delve into their Jewish identities within a diverse and inclusive environment. Participants will acquire vital Judaic skills and deepen their connection to Jewish studies, Israel, and community, with Kallah also anticipated to serve 200 teens.
Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to consecutive program sessions.
