Position: Supervisor of Critical Lift & Transport - 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Critical Lift & Transport team on a daily basis.
- Oversee task planning, assignment, and accountability while evaluating completed work.
- Anticipate future impacts and motivate the team to meet deadlines effectively.
- Coordinate deliverables with external partners and stakeholders.
- Assess and recommend candidates during the hiring process.
- Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary training, tools, and materials.
- Monitor and approve timekeeping records for employees.
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Communicate performance measurement criteria and guide team members collaboratively, proposing standards and ratings.
- Uphold quality and safety standards without compromising work efficiency.
- Exemplify leadership by being a role model, considering team input, and aligning actions with our strategic goals.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as necessary.
- Guarantee timely, safe, and professional execution of all Critical Lift & Transport operations and related services.
- Collaborate directly with lead technicians, schedulers, and engineers to strategize operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies such as FOD and control of flight hardware.
- Obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications.
- Perform additional related duties to foster an efficient work environment, including weekly team performance reviews.
- Maintain technical qualifications and certifications.
