- Utilize your technical expertise in Manufacturing Technologies and Engineering best practices to collaborate with key technology suppliers, ensuring the highest product quality.
- Engage with manufacturing sites and field operations to investigate Non-Conformance issues, efficiently communicating with suppliers to achieve resolutions.
- Develop and enhance manufacturing capabilities by driving FMEA initiatives and implementing robust Process Control Systems (PCS) at supplier locations, including the establishment of measurement and metrology methods.
- Support the analysis of SPC data for critical components and manage supplier OCAP execution and recovery processes.
- Monitor and track supplier performance metrics against established KPIs, motivating suppliers to meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Lead investigations into excursions, collaborating with suppliers to generate comprehensive reports that meet ASM SCAR/8D requirements.
- Assist in failure analysis (FA) to identify root causes of product failures and share insights with internal and external teams.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and best practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes.
