Join PRISM+ Malaysia as a Supply Chain Lead and be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain operations. We are a rapidly growing electronics company looking for a driven individual with a knack for process improvement and team leadership. You will work closely with the Country Director of Malaysia, playing a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain infrastructure and fostering a high-performing team.
Your mission includes refining our supply chain processes, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring optimal inventory management. As a vital member of the PRISM+ team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage stakeholder relations, and drive continuous improvements to meet our ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and implement inventory management and customs clearance strategies, ensuring effective performance tracking through KPIs.
- Facilitate SIRIM Certification applications and manage stakeholder interactions.
- Guarantee 100% accuracy in stock movement execution within our 3PL warehouse, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimize inbound and outbound processes at the 3PL warehouse for enhanced speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance without incurring additional charges.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain accurate shipment arrival estimates and maintain adequate warehouse space through proactive planning.
- Support the execution of organizational strategies and operational plans.
- Lead initiatives for continuous automation improvements while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.
- Train and develop team members to address service gaps and create contingency plans.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
