What You Will Love About This Role:
We are searching for a Supply Chain Process Development Specialist who possesses a fervor for process optimization and efficiency. In this role, you will analyze, design, and enhance supply chain processes spanning procurement, supply planning, logistics, and supplier management. Your efforts will drive efficiency through process optimization, support ERP/IT system advancements, and ensure comprehensive documentation and standardization of supply chain workflows across various subsidiaries and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement
- Assess current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead supply chain enhancement projects, ensuring timely execution within budget and scope.
- Track and report process performance based on established KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and optimize procedures.
- Implement lean methodologies and best practices to streamline workflows and minimize inefficiencies.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and finance teams to synchronize processes across the organization.
