What We Stand For and Where You’ll Come In
We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to transform our supply planning operations into a robust, data-driven system. You will be responsible for ingredient-level planning, enhancing our processes from manual spreadsheets to automated workflows that ensure product availability while optimizing capital and efficiency.
Your role will involve managing supplier capacity, raw material WOH, and contract performance utilizing real-time data and advanced analytics. Collaborating closely with our Data Science team, you will develop planning tools, data pipelines, and dashboards that enhance visibility and facilitate informed decision-making.
This is a multifaceted position that requires collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Growth, and Product teams to align plans, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvements through automation.
One Team: We don’t categorize ourselves into silos such as “Acquisition Marketers”, “Engineers”, “Data Analysts”, or “Product Managers.” Instead, we focus on collective goals, ensuring that we have the necessary expertise to make a significant impact together. We prioritize solving customer challenges collaboratively, bringing the right people into discussions to address issues comprehensively.
We value skepticism and open-mindedness: We believe that great ideas can originate from any part of the organization and encourage innovative thinking without being constrained by traditional roles.
