POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate plays a vital role in upholding a customer-centric sales environment where our core values guide all store operations. This position will involve various sales operations tasks, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and maintaining an organized stockroom. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
- Efficiently processes merchandise to ensure proper storage, ticketing, and ease of access for replenishment on the sales floor, while maximizing stockroom space.
- Timely merchandising and representation of new products.
- Accurately enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices with received items as necessary. Completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and promptly.
- Ensures visual packet materials, props, and signage are processed in a timely manner, and that stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders are stored appropriately.
- Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns as needed.
- Notifies management of cash supply requirements.
- Assists with visual directives, including floorsets, window displays, and signage placements as directed.
- Contributes to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in stock or cashier roles preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
