What You Deserve
You take care of others, and we take care of you. We find a good balance between work and personal life very important. Additionally, you will earn:
A permanent contract (with a two-month probation period) for 24-36 hours per week.
A gross salary between €3,052 and €4,262 (effective 01-05-2026) per month (CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 45, based on a 36-hour work week). Actual grading will take place based on relevant years of experience and educational level.
8.33% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, and pension accrual.
Your own choice in employment conditions, such as a (lease) bike and sports scheme or additional leave.
