With 60+ operating rooms at NMH and 4 dedicated to outpatient care at RNSC, our facilities are equipped to meet diverse patient needs. Flexibility is key, as nurses will have opportunities to support both RNSC and the main campus based on patient demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in short call schedules to ensure smooth operation within RNSC.
- Engage in rotating schedules for holidays and weekends at NMH.
- Act as a patient advocate, developing personalized, culturally sensitive nursing care plans.
- Promote a collaborative environment to enhance patient-centered outcomes.
