The Sushi Team Leader (STL) position is a pivotal role within our kiosk organization. As the on-site supervisor, you will oversee schedule adherence, manage product ordering, ensure food safety, and provide training for our Sushi Chefs. The STL is also responsible for ingredient preparation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and fostering customer and client engagement.
