Join our dynamic activation team as a Sustainability Ambassador at greenhome, a rapidly growing company committed to sustainability. Utilize your sales techniques, persuasive communication skills, and social abilities to motivate residents to adopt sustainable practices in their homes.
We are currently seeking ambassadors for our offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam to engage with residents, informing and activating them to make sustainable changes in their homes.
Your Responsibilities:
As part of a team of ambassadors, you will visit selected residents who are eligible for government subsidies to improve the sustainability of their homes. The residents are usually aware of your visit, making your role less about selling and more about providing valuable information. Our operations are conducted on behalf of the municipality, meaning all services you offer are free and non-binding.
Residents may have specific inquiries about insulation and you will be expected to provide them with information. You will receive training on the general aspects of sustainability, and for more technical questions, you can refer them to our technical advisor.

After six months, we will explore potential pathways for your growth within the company, whether towards technical roles, sales, or even shift leadership. As an ambassador, you will learn to work within an impactful organization, potentially transitioning your talents to various aspects of our sustainable scale-up.
What We Expect from You:
- You must be available for at least 16 hours per week;
- Sales experience is beneficial but not a requirement;
- A genuine interest in sustainability and helping others is essential;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse communities;
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
