Join us as a Swedish Cloud Solutions Specialist in Málaga, where you will play a pivotal role in securing new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud. Your responsibilities will include maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
- Articulate the value propositions of our cloud solutions and differentiate them to align with customers’ business objectives and IT initiatives, leveraging your expertise in solution selling techniques.
- Provide insightful technical overviews tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios, enhancing their understanding of our offerings.
- Elevate customer success in the cloud by delivering innovative ideas and increasing technical acumen.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in relation to customer experiences and needs.
- Audit and validate implementation requirements and pricing to ensure customers have accurate cost projections for new services.
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams effectively.
- Conduct rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
- Achieve a Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud offerings and utilize all training resources available. A minimum of Fundamentals certification is required, with L200 certification preferred.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Facilitate group and one-on-one training sessions across the Center on your areas of expertise.
- Consistently meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, along with operational metrics.
- Continuously research and self-educate on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors.
