As a Systems Analyst II, you will be responsible for the imaging, deployment, and technical support of laptops, desktops, and peripherals for both in-house and remote customers. Your role will involve configuring and supporting desktop applications while ensuring compliance with IT policies. Additionally, you will perform data backup and restore operations, as well as hardware maintenance.
Important Note: This position is open only to local candidates residing in the South Georgia area, including Savannah, Hinesville, Brunswick, Statesboro, Hilton Head, and Beaufort.
On-site Requirement: Candidates must work on-site within the assigned coverage area.
Qualifications: A+ Certification or Network+ Certification is required (please ensure to upload your certification).
- Provide on-site desktop support for customers at designated locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user workstation and peripheral issues both remotely and in person.
- Ensure compliance of end-user applications and equipment with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Install and support network devices that deliver essential business services.
- Conduct end-user data backup and recovery with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process surplus equipment following established protocols, ensuring proper sanitization including disk wiping to DoD standards.
- Document and track problem tickets, escalating to appropriate teams as necessary.
- Collaborate with vendor support contacts to address technical issues related to desktop hardware and software.
- Assist with special projects including setup, breakdown, and relocation of computer equipment and peripherals.
