We are seeking a dedicated Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic team within the ACE Faculty at the University of the West of England. This pivotal role involves supporting our IT specialist systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the central UWE ITS back-end systems for daily operations. The position is based at our vibrant City Centre Campus (Bower Ashton), which serves as a hub for our Creative and Technology programs.
Your Role
As a vital member of our support team, you will play an integral role in managing backend IT operations for the Faculty. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of content, applications, and the delivery of innovative programs across a variety of exciting areas.
To excel in this role, you must possess substantial knowledge and experience in Mac backend operations, along with a solid understanding of Jamf systems management.
