Our team comprises over 40 high-achieving professionals from diverse backgrounds, collaborating across three continents and eight countries to make significant hires for every department within Guidepoint.
This is a three-month internship opportunity.
Professional Development Opportunities:
- Participate in the "Around the World" orientation to connect with your global TA team members during your first week.
- Take advantage of LinkedIn Enterprise Solutions Learning, offering online courses on critical aspects of recruitment such as sourcing and interviewing.
- Engage in projects focused on Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform Talent Acquisition administrative tasks including resume reviews and calendar management.
- Support the recruitment process by developing strategies, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, promoting diversity, and enhancing employer branding.
- Build a talent pipeline using Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in managing software and systems that support the Talent Acquisition team.
- A genuine interest in talent acquisition.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
