The Role
We are seeking a pioneering Talent Acquisition Lead who will architect, manage, and execute our comprehensive hiring strategy. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled a high-growth tech organization from early stages to pre-IPO and possesses the expertise to attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent across both technical and business domains.
In this pivotal role, you will influence Outtake's growth trajectory by creating a data-driven, automated, and scalable recruiting engine. Candidates should have a technical recruiting background, familiarity with modern tech stacks (ATS, sourcing tools, AI assistants), and the inventive mindset to transform ambitious headcount targets into a fast-paced, repeatable process.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Outtake's end-to-end recruiting strategy for both technical and business roles.
Collaborate with leadership to establish headcount plans, hiring priorities, and measurable objectives aligned with company growth.
Design a scalable and primarily automated recruitment system using AI, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Streamline all manual processes from sourcing to scheduling through automation.
Develop and maintain dashboards monitoring funnel metrics, conversion rates, and time-to-fill for various roles.
Lead recruitment for key technical and leadership positions while providing support for hiring across all functions.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role scopes, evaluation criteria, and interview procedures.
Contribute to shaping Outtake's employer brand through engaging content, campaigns, and community outreach.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
