Your Mission
At Joko, we recognize that our talent is our greatest asset. As we aim to onboard over 60 new team members in the upcoming year, we are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts, specifically focusing on Spain.
You will be instrumental in creating high-performing teams by structuring and enhancing our recruitment practices. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
What You Will Do
Strategic Recruitment & Talent Attraction
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy customized for the Spanish market, considering candidate expectations, sourcing channels, and salary benchmarks.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the Spanish start-up and scale-up ecosystem (especially in cities like Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia).
Identify and leverage the most effective local sourcing channels, including job boards, communities, universities, and events.
Manage and optimize the entire recruitment process through Ashby (ATS), ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Establish and nurture partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and key players in the Spanish ecosystem.
Enhancing Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Create and deliver a captivating and high-quality candidate experience that reflects Joko’s culture and suits the Spanish market.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance Joko’s employer brand presence in Spain.
