Join the dynamic team led by Caroline, our Head of Talent Acquisition, and become a true business partner in the recruitment process for our nuclear engineering and defense activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with operational managers to define recruitment needs;
- Implementing an effective candidate sourcing strategy;
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from CV identification to employee integration;
- Developing a strong business partnership with your operational teams to foster effective collaboration;
- Ensuring thorough follow-up with candidates (interview feedback, debriefing with managers, candidate responses, etc.);
- Providing daily reports on the ATS;
- Being proactive and suggesting innovative solutions;
- Maintaining a talent pool aligned with anticipated needs;
- Contributing to employee retention by ensuring smooth integration;
- Enhancing our employer branding through school outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and recruitment events;
- Identifying tomorrow's potential talents.

Occasional travel within France may be required.
