As we expand across teams and regions, this position will concentrate on refining the systems that underpin our hiring processes. You will oversee workflows, tools, and infrastructure to ensure we attract talent effectively and consistently. Your role will involve analyzing existing systems, redesigning processes, and facilitating smoother operations with enhanced clarity and reduced friction. You will also tackle ambiguous challenges, translating them into actionable strategies. This is a dual role where you will both lead initiatives and remain closely engaged with day-to-day activities.

- Establish a more consistent and predictable hiring process, reducing dependency on individual efforts.
- Enhance connectivity and usability of our systems (Greenhouse, Gem, Workday), minimizing manual gaps and workarounds.
- Streamline the transition of roles from intake to offer stage, ensuring clear expectations and minimizing rework.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process, decreasing delays and friction among teams.
- Implement practical automation and AI solutions that enhance recruitment speed and quality without overcomplicating processes.
