Hexa is an innovative startup studio dedicated to co-founding companies alongside exceptional entrepreneurs. We provide intensive support for 9 to 12 months, guiding them from initial concept to achieving product-market fit. The Role
We seek a visionary Talent Acquisition Partner, not a conventional recruiter. Your expertise will focus on preemptive hiring strategies, leveraging relationships, community engagement, and trust built over time.
Your mission will be to cultivate and sustain a pipeline of potential foundational employees, including pioneering engineers and sales professionals who are talented, entrepreneurial, and eager to invest in early-stage projects. You'll attract individuals who aspire to experience the journey of building from the ground up before embarking on their own ventures.
Collaborating closely with our portfolio founders, you will grasp their hiring requirements, anticipate optimal hiring moments, and mobilize the right candidates at just the right time.
Reporting directly to Camille, our VP of Talent & Ecosystem, you will play an integral role in constructing the finest recruiting team within the startup studio landscape. This is a unique early-stage position that offers significant influence, ownership, and the flexibility to discover the most effective strategies to achieve your objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive sourcing strategy encompassing outreach campaigns, content creation, and community partnerships.
- Establish a vibrant community of aspiring early-stage employees eager to engage with the Hexa ecosystem.
- Coordinate events at our office and externally to attract, engage, and connect with suitable candidates.
- Foster relationships with leading universities and grandes écoles to scout for emerging talent.
- Collaborate directly with founders to define their ideal candidate profiles and act swiftly when opportunities arise.
- Contribute to shaping our perspective on early-stage hiring, embracing the experimental nature of this 0-to-1 role.
What We Are Looking For
You have prior recruiting experience but approach the role as a community builder or growth specialist rather than a traditional headhunter.
