You will lead comprehensive labor market research and develop predictive models to foresee future talent requirements. Your leadership will drive regional initiatives, enhancing employer branding, adopting innovative technologies, and standardizing best practices to leverage synergies across various countries. Furthermore, you will manage the entire recruitment process for critical roles, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Craft and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored for each country or cluster in alignment with business goals.
Conduct labor market analysis and develop predictive hiring models to stay ahead of future talent needs.
Lead regional initiatives that focus on employer branding, technology integration, and best practices standardization.
