Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Healthcare and Customer Support to manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles. This primarily execution-focused position requires you to ensure efficient recruitment processes while maintaining high standards of quality.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, rigorously assess talent, and oversee the interview and offer processes, ensuring that every hire meets our high-quality benchmarks. While sourcing tools and support will be provided, you will be accountable for transforming candidate pipelines into successful placements. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environments.
Your Impact
In this role, you will play a crucial part in influencing hiring outcomes across multiple functional areas by converting qualified pipelines into high-quality placements. You will work to shorten the time-to-hire while upholding our standards and enhancing interview-to-offer conversion through disciplined screening and calibration.
Your contributions will build stakeholder confidence, elevate talent quality, and ensure long-term placement success. By maintaining organized processes and accurate data, you will help achieve scalable and predictable recruitment performance throughout the organization.
